Bio

Westphal was a four year starter at NCAA Div. III University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. During his time with the Titans Westphal earned multiple conference and national honors. He was named an all-American after his junior season and was also the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Association pitcher of the year that season. During his junior year Westphal allowed just one run during six of his eight starts. He also gave up just six extra base hits.

During his senior season Westphal was named to the all-WIAC team. His sophomore year he was an honorable mention to the same team. During the off-season Westphal makes his home in Clintonville, Wisconsin. He grew up in Clintonville, and attended Clintonville Community High School.
