Sauget, IL – The Gateway Grizzlies are proud to announce a multi-year partnership with Arsenal Business Growth, solidifying the company as the new official naming rights sponsor of the Grizzlies’ stadium, now known as Arsenal BG Ballpark. An announcement will be made on Opening Day, May 16.

 

The ballpark remains owned by the Village of Sauget, but this agreement marks an exciting new era for the Grizzlies and their fans. The naming rights sponsorship is a strategic partnership that places Arsenal Business Growth at the forefront of community engagement and regional visibility, aligning with the team’s ongoing commitment to innovation, entertainment, and business leadership in the Metro East area.

Arsenal Business Growth became interested in the opportunity because it provides a unique opportunity to help Arsenal BG recruit and retain talent, give back to the Sauget community and beyond through sponsored events, and so much more. The naming rights agreement spans eight years, with the option to extend the partnership on a year-by-year basis up to 12 years. This collaboration follows the Grizzlies’past stadium naming partnerships with GCS Credit Union (2006–2022), which recently rebranded as Revity Credit Union, and a brief period as Grizzlies Ballpark (2023–2024).

The Grizzlies will host their Opening Day on May 16, 2025, at Arsenal BG Ballpark as they take on the Trois-Rivières Aigles. The home opener will feature a Tom Calhoun bobblehead giveaway and postgame fireworks, promising fans a night of unforgettable entertainment.
