  - $13.00 for each additional birthday package ticket
  - $ 5.00 for additional picnic table ticket only
  
  Make your event extra-special with a Birthday cake from McArthur's Bakery. Call (314) 894-0900 to order your cake. Just have them deliver it to GCS Ballpark for your event.
