Keith Laut is the Grizzlies' Director of Food and Beverage. New to the position in 2016, Laut manages all elements and functions of Gateway's ballpark catering, beverage, operational logistics, menu execution and seasonal venue quality control. Laut comes to the Grizzlies after professional experience with both Delaware North and Levy Restaurants.
Attending both the University of Illinois and Southwestern Illinois College, Laut earned his Sports Management undergraduate degree. Prior to his educational training, Laut served in the United States Marine Corps - specializing in logistics and weapons loading. While serving, he was stationed at home and abroad.
Keith Laut boasts numerous years of venue management experience. He has spent time in virtually every professional arena in the Greater St. Louis area, and brings with him knowledge pertaining to collegiate projects as well. Keith has aided the St. Louis Cardinals, Rams, and Blues while also working on NASCAR professional events and in other music/theatre venues. Laut also served as the Grizzlies' operations and events assistant in an internship capacity in 2013.
Keith is former baseball player and coach and loves St. Louis sports.
